Synopsis:

Private lessons focus on the process and understanding of creating an honest character while building a Character of Courage in the life of the actor. Private lessons build up the individual actor and help them to choose roles and materials as well as to set expectations according to their desired level of the craft.

Structure of Private Lessons:

  • One-hour classes (once a week) broken into three, student-driven, segments
  • Time is primarily focused on the actor’s process of interpreting given material
  • Location can vary based on availability and/or desire
  • Instruction is tailored to the student based on ability and desired skills
  • The first few lessons will be used to identify types and styles at which the student excels and to guide them in finding appropriate pieces to showcase their skill
  • Private instruction is available for acting, singing, or both

Cost: $65 per session
